Figureheads, masks, decorative and ritual objects, textiles... The museum's encyclopaedic collection reflects the richness and diversity of the world's artistic heritage (Egyptian, Greco-Roman, African, Oceanic, Pre-Colombian, Islamic and Asian art, etc.). A large number of these objects are the result of careful acquisitions by F. Cleveland Morgan, the museum's volunteer curator from 1916 to 1962. In early 2012, the World Cultures Collection was completely rearranged.
