Donations of Works of Art

Did you know that close to 85 percent of the works in the Museum's
collection were donated or purchased with gifts of money?

You, too, can contribute to the Museum's collection.

Do you own a work of art that you think would enrich the Museum's
collection? Kindly submit a written description of the work, a photograph,
related documents and an appraisal of its fair market value
to the Museum for consideration.

A tax receipt indicating the fair market value of the work established
by the Canadian Cultural Property Export Review Board will be issued
to the donor whose work is accepted as a gift.
