Arte Montreal Gallery

The Art Sales and Rental Gallery (now the Arte Montreal Gallery) has moved just around the corner to 2154 Crescent Street.

Founded in 1966 the Arte Montreal Gallery offers quality art work of contemporary Canadian artists. It is administered by a commity composed of members of the Volunteer Association of the Museum of Fine Arts and all the profits generated by the gallery are turned over to the MMFA for the acquisition of Canadian art for their collection.

All techniques are available from oils, acrylics, pastels, etc. to etchings as well as photography. All the art work on exibit at the gallery is for sale and Friends of the Museum can also avail themselves of the gallery's rental services. Associations, corporations as well as film companys may also rent.

Arte Montreal Gallery resides in a suberb victorian home owned by the Museum located at 2154 Crescent Street.

The business hours are :

Tuesday to Friday: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Saturday: 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
