Once upon a time during the Cold War. A mad United States General orders an air strike that could lead to a nuclear holocaust, which a Pentagon War Room full of politicians and generals desperately attempt to stop.
The movie will be preceded by a brief introductory presentation and followed by a discussion led by Andrew Barros, Professor of History at UQAM.
