Visitors and the general public

    Digital Mediation Laboratory

The Lab MMFA opens its doors to anyone who is interested in enjoying new digital experiences at the Museum or, more broadly, in the development of technologies and their applications.

Exploring new digital experiences

Time is allocated to visitors for digital experimentations. Connected to collaborative innovation projects and trial implementations coordinated by the Lab MMFA and its partners, these explorations can be carried out in the Lab MMFA spaces, the Museum’s galleries or from remote locations.

Join an innovation cell

The Lab’s mandate is to reinvent the museum-digital technology relationship by placing the visitor at the centre of its technological innovation processes. To this end, it puts in place innovation cells composed of university researchers, museum professionals, technology producers and visitors. Together, these actors imagine, cocreate and test new digital mediation tools and experiences.
