The Montreal Museum of Fine Arts is pleased to announce that 100,000 visitors have already visited the exhibition Fabulous Fabergé, Jeweller to the Czars, presented exclusively in Canada, until October 5, 2014.
“Stopped by to check out the Fabergé exhibit – well worth the visit. Exhibit was well laid out with some extraordinarily lovely pieces.” Trip Advisor, July 2014.
Organized by the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, Richmond, in collaboration with the MMFA, the exhibition, which presents the largest Fabergé collection outside of Russia, was an instant hit with both audiences and critics from the national and international media, both popular and specialized. The exhibition layout by Hubert Le Gall, internationally famous French designer and sculptor, features 240 exceptional objects, including four of the forty-three remaining famous Easter eggs commissioned by the Romanovs.
