Sixty years after playing a cult role, Barbara, recovering from a debilitating injury, is torn between her desire to direct her first film and her fear of failure. With only the help of her 30-year-old friend Renaud, she attempts the impossible, defying time and doubt. Like healing, creation requires courage and patience.
