Contribute in your way to the MMFA’s success
Working at the Museum
Montreal Museum of Fine Arts employees are talented and engaged and possess a rich expertise. Constituting our greatest asset, they enable us to continuously evolve by mounting multidisciplinary exhibitions with bold, highly original designs that notably combine the visual arts, music, fashion and cinema.
In occupying a position at the MMFA, you can take pride in furthering the growth of one of the most visited museums in Canada and North America.
A humanist, inclusive, innovative museum.
A sense of togertherness at the heart of the Museum’s mission
True to its mission, the MMFA encourages diversity within its teams: all candidates with the relevant expertise are invited to apply.
A citizen’s museum engaged in the community
Education and art therapy are becoming an increasingly central part of the Museum’s activities.
With the opening of the Michel de la Chenelière International Atelier for Education and Art Therapy in 2016, the MMFA became home to the largest educational facility in any North American museum.
In addition to being a welcoming place, where schools, families, adults and people with special needs gather to share, imagine and create, the Atelier also serves as a testing ground for innovative projects in health and art therapy.
