Creative Workshop: Fun With Decorative Art Printmaking

Explore your creative side at the workshop Fun with Decorative Art Printmaking! Come craft your own motifs inspired by the objects in the Museum’s Decorative Arts collection using a simple printmaking technique—and take your creation home with you!

Extravaganza Vocal Ensemble at the Museum
January 3, at 3 p.m. and 4 p.m.

Come listen to Montreal’s most extravagant queer vocal ensemble perform at the MMFA’s magnificent Hall of Bronzes.

The proudly diverse, 50-voice ensemble will showcase a festive repertoire of pop as well as Francophone and international classics.

Cinema for All Ages
December 26 at 1 p.m. and December 31 at 11 a.m.

Embark on a journey via the magic of the seventh art. Cinéma du Musée presents the animated film Little Amélie or the Character of Rain (2025), directed by Maïlys Vallade and Liane-Cho Han.

In this tale inspired by the life of Belgian novelist Amélie Nothomb, a young girl born in Japan makes a discovery that will shape her understanding of the world.
