Are you fascinated by stone sculpture? Would you like to try your hand at creating your first work in this hard, unique material?

In this three-hour workshop, you’ll learn how to carve a magnificent bas-relief on a soapstone measuring 12.5 x 7.5 x 2.5 cm.

You’ll discover all the basic techniques, such as handling carving tools and the stone itself, cutting, carving, defining details and refining textures, and finishing and polishing your creation.

Level: Beginner

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Materials: All the basic materials are supplied and included in the registration price.

Reservation terms: Workshops with fewer than 5 participants will be cancelled.

Cancellation policy: Refunds are available in full up to seven (7) business days before the first class, minus a 20% administration fee. Withdrawals less than seven (7) business days before the activity begins are non-refundable unless due to exceptional circumstances, in which case participants are reimbursed in full.
