MMFA X Plural Fair: Enjoy the Philanthropist Experience

The MMFA is proud to once again partner with Plural Contemporary Art Fair to offer you an exclusive encounter with the art of today, for a unique experience combining artistic discovery and philanthropy.

Preview the fair in the company of the MMFA’s Stéphane Aquin, the Rossy Foundation Director, Mary-Dailey Desmarais, Zhao-Ionescu Chief Curator, and Anne-Marie St-Jean Aubre, Gail and Stephen A. Jarislowsky Curator of Québec and Canadian Contemporary Art (1945 to Today).

By participating in the Philanthropist Experience, you will be making a real contribution to enriching the Museum’s permanent collection, as a portion of the funds raised will be dedicated to the acquisition of one or more works at the fair. All proceeds will go toward supporting the mission of the MMFA and the Contemporary Art Galleries Association (AGAC), both non-profit organizations.

• Preview with MMFA specialists during the VIP Cocktail: Tour the fair in a small group with our specialists and discover their top picks.
  On April 9, at 4:30 p.m.
• Exclusive private collection visit: A private tour of the contemporary art collection of an MMFA patron (details will be sent to participants).

• Exclusive presentation: Join Anne-Marie St-Jean Aubre, Gail and Stephen A. Jarislowsky Curator of Québec and Canadian Contemporary Art (1945 to Today) at the MMFA, over coffee and pastries to learn more about the works that caught her eye.

• Plural programming: Priority registration for two VIP activities (artist studio visits, corporate collections, museum tours).
