In Berthe Weill’s Paris of the early 20th century, there were many parallels between the avant-garde movement in visual arts and experimental filmmaking. This evening of commented screenings is a chance to discover some of the short films of the time that best illustrate this thematic and formal dialogue.
Presented in French by Teejay Bhalla, programming coordinator at Cinéma du Musée
