Helping you get the most out of the Museum

On average, two or three visits are enough to make membership more advantageous than purchasing single admission tickets. Membership also includes benefits such as exclusive invitations to cultural events.

The Museum’s permanent collection is constantly evolving, offering you a whole new experience every time you visit.

What’s different from one visit to the next:

Rotating displays: Of the nearly 47,000 works in the collection, over 3,000 are exposed at any given time across the Museum’s 5 pavilions;
New acquisitions: The galleries regularly welcome new works;
Varied thematic circuits: Throughout the year, displays are refreshed and new circuits are proposed.

Your membership allows you to tailor each visit to suit your needs. You can stay 30 minutes or 3 hours, and you come back as often as you like!

As an MMFA Member, you’re entitled to a host of benefits: discover new exhibitions before they open to the public thanks to our Discovery Days, enjoy one-of-a-kind performances on Member Fridays, and get invitations to cultural events reserved exclusively for Members.

Yes, you can definitely come accompanied by someone who is not a Member!

There are several membership packages available. Depending on your package and the age of the person accompanying you, you have different options:

With a DUO package, your guest gets free admission with you.
With a SOLO package, your guest has to purchase a regular price ticket. Ask about upgrading your package to a DUO membership!
Admission to the Museum is free at all times for ages 25 and under.

Note: Certain events and previews are reserved exclusively for MMFA Members.

As many times as you like! You enjoy unlimited access to all of the Museum’s exhibitions and collections for the entire duration of your membership. You can even see exhibitions before the general public, thanks to preview days reserved exclusively for MMFA Members.
