$2 discount on tickets purchased online

The discount on tickets purchased online applies automatically to all admission fees, except for the Wednesday night rate. This discount cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount offered by the Museum or its partners, except in special cases.

Wednesday evenings

On Wednesday evenings from 5 to 9 p.m., the permanent collections are not open to the public. Enjoy discounted admission to a selection of exhibitions.

Ages 25 and under

Admission to the exhibitions and collections is free for ages 25 and under. Proof of identification may be required.

Tuesday morning for ages 65+

People aged 65 and over enjoy free admission on Tuesday mornings, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Major temporary exhibitions are not included.

BMO Saturday Morning Family Time

Families enjoy free admission on Saturday mornings, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The Museum defines “family” as one or two adults accompanying one or more children aged 17 or under. Major temporary exhibitions are not included.

First Sunday of the month

Admission to the collections and exhibitions is free for Quebec residents. Kent Monkman: History Is Painted by the Victors is not included. Reservations are required.
