The Montreal Museum of Fine Arts strives to ensure the accessibility of its spaces, so that everyone can enjoy their visit to the fullest.

All pavilions are wheelchair-accessible (exhibition galleries, restrooms and elevators, included).

Three metered parking spots are reserved for holders of disabled persons parking permits on Du Musée Avenue.

Admission to the exhibitions and collections is free for people with disabilities and the person accompanying them.

Service dogs are allowed in the Museum.

The Museum may nonetheless request visitors accompanied by a service dog to show a signed note from a physician or other health professional. Owners are responsible for their animal’s behaviour. The MMFA reserves the right to ask visitors and their animals to leave the Museum if safety guidelines are not followed.

The Museum thanks the RBC Foundation for its generous support of the MMFA’s physical accessibility practices.
