Known for his creativity, he offers a cuisine inspired by the tastes of Quebec but adding a multicultural touch and the latest international trends. He uses only seasonal products to guarantee perfect freshness.

THE BEAUX-ARTS BISTRO
When you visit the Museum, take a break between exhibitions to check out the Beaux-Arts Bistro, which provides a range of light meals, pastries, coffee roasted in Quebec and specialty teas. At lunchtime the Bistro offers a daily menu, sandwiches and salads at attractive prices.
