The Museum’s Association of volunteer guides

A team of devoted guides for over fifty years

The MMFA’s Association of Volunteer Guides (AVG) has provided customized guided tours of the Museum’s collections and exhibitions since 1965. Thanks to the remarkable work of its some 250 members (including close to 150 active guides), nearly 50,000 visitors annually benefit from an even more enriching museum experience.

The entire Museum team wishes to express its admiration and appreciation for these devoted women and men, whose active contribution to the dissemination of art makes us proud.
