The Flight of the Eagle

GIF animation is the most minimal way of making videos. This moving
image was created from a single photograph of the artist: to create
the two figures alternating in a loop, the artist extracted a vertical half
of the body (right/left) and duplicated it so as to obtain a perfectly
symmetrical silhouette. The double-time animated movement of the
figure, with his military uniform ornamented by eagle wings, conjures
the rhythm of inhaling/exhaling.
