WKSHP for teens aged 15 to 20 - Digital creative workshop

Young adults

Type of activity

WKSHP 15-20

In Person

Temporarily suspended activities

Given the tightening of public health measures announced by the Quebec government, in-person workshops and mediation activities will be cancelled from December 20, 2021 to February 6, 2022. If you have reserved a workshop or activity and have been charged for administration fees, they will be reimbursed directly on your payment card as soon as possible.

The WKSHP 15-20 is designed for teens and young adults aged 15 to 20. It’s a hybrid, multi-purpose space with a lounge area, library and big tables for all sorts of creative activities. Digital creative workshops are held there every other Saturday, from 1 to 4 p.m.

With the guidance of specialized mediators, participants explore various digital tools—including tablets, computers, software, applications, projectors and video cameras—with which they can carry out their creative intentions. Works from the MMFA collections serve as starting points for their creations, allowing them to express themselves on contemporary issues that are particularly important to them.

Covid-19 Measures. The WKSHP 15-20 will be respecting all public health measures in effect to ensure everyone’s safety and pleasure. For this reason, there will be a limit of 8 places for each activity.

Vaccine passports

A vaccine passport or other proof of vaccination is not required to visit the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts or its Boutique and Bookstore. Nor is such proof required to participate in any of the educational activities offered in the Museum’s galleries or studios.
