Mother’s Day at the MMFA!

This Mother’s Day, treat your mom to a visit of the exhibition Chagall: Colour and Music. On Sunday, May 14, from 1 to 4 p.m., the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts (MMFA) is offering free tea and biscotti to all those who visit this major exhibition devoted to Marc Chagall. In addition, the Kestenyu's Kapelye klezmer group will be on hand to steep visitors in the Chagall experience.

Chagall for Families

Families are invited to enter into the painter’s colourful, enchanting world in Chagall’s Little Box, a gallery-workshop for children and their families that offers hands-on workshops and activities and multimedia installations for kids aged 4 to 13.

Extra Days to See the Exhibition!

Already seen by close to 200,000 visitors, the exhibition Chagall: Colour and Music is a huge hit! Given the exhibition’s popularity, the Museum has added three extra days to the exhibition schedule, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.:

  • Monday, May 22 (Victoria Day);

  • Monday, May 29;

  • Monday, June 5.

Hurry – the exhibition closes on June 11.
