Narrated by two leading biologists, this enchanting story has us discover planet Earth at a centimetre scale. In this odyssey of the infinitely small, we are immersed in a lush forest of blades of grass. From sunrise to sunset, the world of insects and other grass- and water-dwelling animals is revealed in all its splendour and mystery. Natural sounds are skilfully mixed with a musical score to compose a mesmerizing auditory cosmos.

Marrying scientific rigour and artistic creativity, the filming of this movie required the use of technical prowess. It is a magical and poetic work in which the spectator becomes one insect among many.
