Holiday Concerts 22-23

For ages 8 to 12

A chance to learn songs from the soundtrack to the animated film A Charlie Brown Christmas and perform them in concert at Bourgie Hall, alongside amazing musicians. A workshop to rekindle the holiday spirit!

Note: A 15% discount on regular rate concert tickets is offered to parents of the participants. To take advantage of the discount, please email sallebourgie@mbamtl.org before November 19, 2022. Seats have been already reserved for parents.

INFORMATION

Workshop dates: November 19 and 26, and December 3 and 10, 2022 (four Saturdays), from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Concert date: Thursday, December 15, 2022, at 6 p.m.
Duration: Each workshop lasts 90 minutes, the concert as well.
Audience: Ages 8 to 12
Mode: In person
Location: Bourgie Hall
Languages: French and English
Number of participants: The minimum number of participants is 12 and the maximum number is 24.
Prerequisite for registration: Enjoying singing (knowing how to read music is not necessary). Participants agree to tale part in all workshops as well as the public performance.
Notes: Workshops are given by professional musicians. Music and lyrics are provided to participants but each participant must bring his or her own binder and pencil.
