In the Rebels' Chamber - Trio Fibonacci

Guest presenters

Rebellious - and classical! Discover chamber music with the spirit of rebellion by artists composing without constraints. Like Charles Ives, who ensured his freedom through a double life, or Gershwin who brought the colours of jazz into the concert hall. To these care-free American sounds Beethoven replies with his characteristic temerity - his audacity in the face of the nobility was legendary. We will experience the forbidden music of Fanny Mendelssohn, who struggled to come out of the shadow of her brother Felix.
