Music for Piano and Winds

Musicians of the OSM 2026-2027

Beethoven and Mozart filled their quintets for piano and winds with surprising instrumental dialogue: Beethoven plays on contrast, while Mozart focuses on conversational exchange. Complementing these quintets is a trio by the fascinating Clémence de Grandval—an immensely popular Parisian composer in her time, now seldom heard.
Co-produced with  the Orchestre symphonique de Montréal
With support from the Palazzetto Bru Zane – Centre de musique romantique française (Italy)
