Bourgie Hall presents

The complete sonatas for obbligato harpsichord and instrument by J. S. Bach - Concert 1

Baroque and Early Music

Bach’s sonatas for obbligato harpsichord and solo instrument show the composer at the peak of his genius. There are six for violin, three for viola da gamba, and two for flute. In this two-part series, the prolific Geneviève Soly presents all 11 of these visionary works alongside other performers who also have Bach’s music in their bones.
