Bourgie Hall presents

Louis Lortie, piano | Concert 4

Beethoven 2020 Festival

Following the Government's announcement that the city of Montreal will be moved to the red alert level, Bourgie Hall must interrupt its series of concerts scheduled from October 1 to October 28, 2020, inclusively. Bourgie Hall is committed to supporting artists who were meant to take part in its October programming. Therefore, these concerts will be postponed to a later date.

The pianist Louis Lortie continues his presentation of Beethoven's Complete Piano Sonatas, which he began in February. The programmes have been modified and he will perform the remaining Sonatas in 7 recitals, each presented twice.

PROGRAMME
Piano Sonata No. 4 in E-flat major, Op. 7

Piano Sonata No. 13 in E-flat major, Op. 27 No. 1, “Quasi una fantasia”
Piano Sonata No. 26 in E-flat major, Op. 81a, “Les Adieux”

Audiovisual recording of this concert is produced by ProdCan with financial support courtesy of the Canimex Group.
