Pierre Mercure Festival: Centenary, Pierre Mercure on the Screen

Pierre Mercure Festival

In the 1950s and 1960s, Mercure made remarkable contributions to Radio-Canada television service. The Cinéma du Musée presents an exclusive screening of two episodes of L’Heure du concert: Maurice Ravel’s lyric fantasy L’Enfant et les sortilèges and R. Murray Schafer’s opera Toi/Loving. This double feature will open with the National Film Board of Canada (NFB) short film La forme des choses.
