Five-step method and tools

The formalization step involves creating an experience map for the target audience. It consists of imagining a desired experience for a persona, step by step and from various perspectives.

In this way, the design team can determine the key moments of the experience, as well as any potentially problematic features. The latter will have to be changed or improved so as to provide the very best experience.
